Service Magic is a scam. They tell you only four contractors will get the lead you pay for, but the truth is they give it to as many as they want. On the second lead I went on the customer said he got six contractors calling him within thirty minutes of calling Service Magic..When I called Service Magic to complain , they lied than tried to spin it like a sales person . Then they transfered me to asupervisior who after arguing with me admitted that more than four get the lead , then backpeddeld and denied that he said that . Then he said it didn't matter if ten people got the lead even though that's not what they tell you to get you to sign up . Do not use this service, it is a waste of time and money .
