Can anyone tell me who I should call. This past winter storm a large branch from a tree fell and is lying half on my roof and the other half is resting on the remaining branches. I cannot reach it myself and I would be afraid of injury cause it is rather large/ My question is who do I call? any help please thanks so much
So that means you have to pay to get it removed. That stinks.
Hopefully someone on this board from your area can recommend a tree service company. Otherwise, check your local papers for companies that will remove it for you. Get a few price quotes and make sure they are insured in case they drop it and damage something on your property.
Maybe you can get it taken down by your gutter cleaners - it will certainly be cheaper than paying a tree man to roll the truck. That is if you hire out the gutter cleaning.
Nah, get a bow and arrow. Tie a rope to the arrow and shoot it into the tree. Tie the other end of the rope to your car and then back the car out of the driveway. Problem solved.
