What's scarier is that there are dozens of settlements that size we don't hear about and probably hundreds of smaller settlements.

Oh yeah...but according to the city ..the taxpayers are "saving" money..

What bs...What a spin!

I can think of a LOT that 4.2million could do..that is 4.2million the city no longer has.

Yeah what's going on with the cops that did this ...are they STILL going to be allowed to be cops making their nice salary+benefits??

Anybody else pissed about stuff like this when most of the city looks like crap?

4.2million could pick up a lot of trash, fix a lot of potholes, broken sidewalks ,etc
