Very nice photos once again.

I'm glad to see it look so nice. I've long maintained that the inner neighborhoods of Los Angeles...in most other big cities, places like Boyle Heights, MacArthur Park, etc would be amoung the wealthiest or at minimum upper middle class neighborhoods. Beautiful parks and historic buildings that were abandoned in Los Angeles due to the growth of the suburbs and freeway system. Its nice to see Echo Park as its supposed to be...a park and area of nature just a few minutes from downtown LA.

I hope this revitalization continues and expands in all the areas surrounding downtown.

Nice pics. Interesting points about the parks and historic buildings in these areas. A lot of it also probably had to do with people wanting to be close to the ocean too. But I guess if you think about it those areas were probably considered the suburbs (the areas of West L.A,etc) back in the days.

Also Echo Park ain't that cheap anymore..Average listed house on the market now is $750k...
