It is stuff like someone in the crosswalk on the opposite corner from you protected by a curb in the center. If you turn , while expected in the rest of California will draw a letter of the law ticket in Burbank

Google Los Angeles red light cameras.. Seems as though people are ignoring the tickets with no consequence. Read carefully though because not "ALL" of LA Country will let those tickets slide.
