I remember watching this show where these guys go around fixing up old school trucks, I forgot the name of it but this one episode they had went into Compton and a man told the white guy “ you need to be out of this neighborhood before the sun go down”.

It's better now crime rate wise. I just find that whole gateway area that be terribly boring, and way too industrialized. Of course 40% of everything shipped into the U.S. makes its way through this corridor.
