Moving from Hollywood to Sherman Oaks in September. Much of my wife's work is based in the West LA area(though not all of it). I realize it's not the most ideal commute, but not nearly as bad as could be in such a sprawling city.

i know someone who uses benedict canyon to commute from sherman oaks to century city. maybe your wife could look into that route.

beverly glen is as bad or worse than the freeways. it's only convenient if you live off of beverly glen on the valley side.
