The wind is howling. A warm wind will knock that snow down in the woods. Last year at this time we were shoveling snow off the roof of the camp.

Could be an interesting storm to watch. We all know March and even April can bring snows in New England.

Thinking about starting a thread for this potential storm Sunday-Monday. Stay tuned! It would be in the weather forum as usual.

Thread started. Will update multiple times a day unless the potential is no longer a threat. Keep in mind for snowstorm in Maine, you need this thing to come up the coast but be off shore.. more indications than none that this may swing East which would mean Maine wouldn't get much snow, but points south could.

Should be fun to keep track. I'll update multiple times a day from now on unless the potential is no longer a threat

Great information- as Usual
Watching this puppy as about 8" of snow so far they are willing to predict. ( 1-3" Sunday night, and 3-5" Monday morning)...
I can think of a few times in my life of a snow storm the first day of spring...

We got four or five inches, with quite a bit more coming Monday. The sledders are still coming, getting that late winter riding in

Watching the weather for Sunday into Monday- as I glance out the window at a flock of Robins having a field day in the yard...

Here in Aurora, ME, on and off snow flurries. No accumulation. Current temp 35F, Dewpoint 29F, Winds NNW 11mph,
Forecast High 30F Low 17F. Accuweather forecasting snow accumulation from Sunday-Monday 6-10"
Noticed some snowplowing folks around here removed not only their plows but their winter tires (ie, Hankook).
Noticed a couple of squirrels frolicking about two days ago, but had to help a squirrel become untangled from a bird feeder yesterday (it actually was not funny). No squirrels in sight today but I did a Robin in the meadow this morning. Should be interesting to see what transpires!
