He was SPECIAL. Always wanted to be with us. Pics of him outside with me while working in flower garden. The one with shaved areas of his paws was due to IV's to rehydrate him. Taken in May after our return from Ireland was when he had been boarded with the vet and she informed us of his condition and gave him 5 months at the most. I feel the love we gave him sustained him longer and he was doing very well until about a week ago.

This one a few weeks ago. Thanks for all your support guys.
It has been a difficult year so far. My Mom died January 7th and Georgio February 8th. These combined with Danny's coma last Oct 3rd has been a test of my faith.

Oh MEnME,.. I'm sorry you're going through this. I'm certain he was happy and well loved. My dog is getting old and a bit frail, having to consider the eventual loss of him has had me quite depressed recently. I feel for you and wish you all the best.

You both have my sincerest condolences. It's hard enough to lose a loved one, but to lose one so young just pulls at our hearts mercilessly. I understand and sympathize.

Elston, sorry I mis-spelled your name above. It's hard to spell through the tears.
He brought much joy to our lives, especially when I was experiencing empty nest syndrome 3 years ago when my son bought his own home. Georgio filled the empytiness.
