I would imagine he won't be driving until he's fully trained by their standards and they're confident in his abilities.

And in our current town, he knows every road, street sign, road #, etc by name and location. I'm sure he'll learn his territory very quickly. He is good about that. Repetition!!!Repetition!!!Repetition!!!
Cool! You must be so excited that your dream is coming true!

Gets dark as midnight here by 5 already. 4-4:15 darkness is only a few weeks away. God I hate that part of winter!! Love the weather, hate the darkness like that.

Ditto! I love the dark hours. That's when my home glows with candlelight!

And it's not so different here.......dark by 5pm during the "winter".

Well, I do love the starlight. They're slung so low out here on the lower Cape, I think I could just reach up and pluck one or two and put 'em in my pocket.... and save 'em for a rainy day... hey, wait! I think that's part of a song! lol

I do like that I live in the boonies on the Cape... our electric, cable, and phone lines are all underground on my street too which makes it nice.

CC Bay on a clear night is pretty special to behold, I will admit. But I've been equally entranced with the views from the granite ledges in your state.
