I have never been in and out in less than 30 minutes at the local Loveville MVA. It might be worth the drive all the way down here just so you don't have to wait so long.

Westminster. I never had a truly long wait there, and if the drive isn't too stressful I'd definitely go there if I were you.

I used to have to go the Glen Burnie, the HQ's, until they opened a place in Annapolis. Never had a problem there.

The MVA in Waldorf isn't too bad. Last time I went there, I was out in five-ten minutes.

When I bought my last car, I pay extra $40 to agent so to save our time. If it is just tag and title, not worth to spend our work hours or leave hours to wait in MVA.

I had to go to a full service MVA when I first moved here. I had heard bad things about the MVAs in the area, so I drove way out of my way to the Annapolis one. It worked out great! I hardly had to wait in line at all. I think I went there between 4-5pm.

You probably don't want to go to the one in Gaithersburg.

I only see one MVA in Baltimore. Is this supposed to be the new one?

The new Baltimore MVA has been good everytime I've been there. I like the one in Frederick too.

I have been to several of the MVA's, and it seems that I am always there way tooooo long. White Oak is the worst, with Gaithersburg a close second. And it seems I always have the wrong paperwork, (my fault??).
I try to do all the mundane stuff online, like registration renewal, but title work still needs to be done in person.
Like the other folks stated, get there early, plan to be there a long time. When I plan to be there a long time, it seems I am in and out.

If I say where I go that's nice, quick, and easy, everyone will go there and it won't be nice, quick, and easy anymore.

Sometimes you keep a good thing quiet. Sorry.

Besides, it may not be WHICH OFFICE you go to as much as WHEN ...the day and time ...you go.
