We were there last month right before the kids had school and enjoyed ourselves. Our hotel was kinda crummy even for the price but nothing beats being able to walk to the beach in 1-2 blocks no matter where you stay. There are definitely some cheesy restaurants and forms of entertainment there, but we found great food too, including Jamaican, Arabic, Mexican & great NY-style pizza. Good beer & wine was easy to find from all of the carry-outs too.is a slog to get to & from if you don’t live in Delaware or anywhere close by, still.
