I did offer to send Puffle some photos we had but it looks like she has already made up her mind. Just to clarify, my wife had said 'Of all the rentals she had viewed in Acton, this one was the worst'. I also qualified that by warning that we all have different expectations. I guess it would have been liveable, particularly as it is only for a year. I don't want that to sound like ' It wasn't good enough for us, but it might be OK for you' but I am just aware that given the limited options available with the dogs it might be worthy of further consideration. I certainly know that of the rental listings we have viewed - nearly all say either No Pets or No Dogs.
I do not know what elements of the story he told them differs from the version of events we got. To be absolutely sure we are talking about the same place, Puff could you PM the name of the guy you have been talking to?
I do hope you continue to ask questions as necessary, I don't think anyone will make you stick pins in your eyes. The questions you have asked have been very helpful to me, as many of them have addressed issues that I was also looking at.
