No, I am saying that people who live in a "wealthy" zip code are going to be quoted a higher price on the assumption that they have more money. Being zip-coded is a well known situation.

And there I was wasting my time for over ten years quoting and billing for a project's
actual costs when all I had to do was just through any old random big-a$$ number out and hope some fool will pay it.
It would have saved me SO MUCH time doing it this way.
That has never been my experience working in metro Boston and the Cape. I am sorry some people feel that it has been their experience.

contractors will give a high quote in the hopes that you won't go ahead with them because they know it's just will be a hot mess project from day one.
