Let us be thankful that we have food at all. There are people who are literally eating rats for dinner and are thankful. The rat, not so much.

$400 a month for two adults. We shop at Wal-Mart and eat out once maybe twice a week. Neither of us eat breakfast at home nor do we bring lunch to work so the food is mainly for dinners and weekends.

I know people like to complain about the grocery store offerings in this state, but I've yet to see rats for sale at any of them...

Roughly $250/month for two adults, excluding dogs. We eat out maybe twice a week. Hubby works from home and probably orders lunch out more than I care to know, lol.

I rarely buy meat at any supermarket nowadays. I stock up at either Costco or BJ's depending on how fair I want to drive. If I need to restock the pantry I'll go to Market Basket but it's just not logical for me to go there weekly given the distance.

Hannaford and Stoppy are my two main go-to's. I've noticed a lot of price creep, though at Stoppy. Two large reusable bags of groceries last week cost me almost $75, and most of it was on sale

I am guessing about 1000-1100 range. We are two adults, two kids, one college student who comes and goes, two dogs, three cats. We rarely eat out and I love cooking, canning, sometimes baking. We have company a lot. Everything is made from scratch.
I shop mainly Hannaford but occasionally Wegmans. I, actually my husband too, love shopping the farmer's market, the butcher, the seafood market and of course the bakery. Shrug I guess food/cooking is more of a hobby for us then most.

I'd say about $200-250. Just me. Mostly shop at Aldi. Sometimes big Y.

Lately I've been stocking up on some other things here and there. Largely due to this.

Friday and Saturday nights are ok for shopping but I think it's going tobe harder especially as we move into the fall and winter.

I don't go out to eat that much (maybe a few drinks) but that's also because the life of the city here is largely 8-5 monday to friday.

Just me, I've been averaging around $200 per month since I moved into my new place. I typically don't eat breakfast in the mornings during Monday through Friday, and I bring my lunch to work. Oh, and I shop and Stop & Shop, sometimes Wegmans.

I spend about $200 a month eating out/drinks.
