The Page Hill area can get you to Rt 3 very quickly but getting on 95 can be tough with back ups. The whole Page Hill area overall is really nice - half of it is recently developed large new construction and then there are streets with older housing stock (Ledgewood/Lido).

I wouldn’t live here if I had to drive anywhere other than Burlington or Lexington. I worked from before the pandemic and my husband works in the next town over about a 5 minute drive. My husband used to commute Burlington (5 minutes away from Page Hill) to Waltham - close to where we live. Most days it took 30 minutes, rarely, it took and hour.

I don’t think there are undesirable areas per se - most people are just mad that the town has grown and traffic is bad on Great Road. This is why we didn’t buy near the center.

if you are in west bedford, you can shoot through concord to Rt 2 and get on 128/95. also from west bedford you can cut through hartwell and get to 95 in 9 minutes.
