Where do Affluent Black Families live in MA? (Boston, Cambridge: lawyers, house)

Which MA suburbs house professional black (and mixed) households? Specifically, where do black doctors, lawyers, engineers etc. live? Is Milton a good option?

Cambridge isn't suburban, but has suburb-like neighborhoods and affluent black people, including Academics. Also, certain areas of Dedham, although Dedham has a small percentage of black folks overall.

First off, expectations should be tempered as MA generally lacks the large solidly middle class black communities seen in MD, TX, GA or other areas of the country which have a significant black populations.

Milton, as mentioned, is worth a look. Dorchester and Roxbury have a number of solidly middle class and upper middle class homeowners, though if schools are a concern one should probably factor in the costs of a private education if living within.

Realistically, I think a lot of middle class black families are scattered throughout greater Boston and especially south of Boston and have chosen economic parity over racial diversity. Towns like Norwood and Canton come to mind.

There's really not one specific place. I know that's not what people want to hear but it's the truth. There is not one community in MA that has a large percentage of well to do Black people. Milton has a few here and there but for the most part I'd say the majority of Black people living in Milton are working class.
