I work in the longwood area and the parking situation is a nightmare. There's a waitlist and is about 300 a month. So the train is the best option. My employer is going to have to get used to people wfh...if they haven't already

So I'll be pedantic - there is another way to get there other than public transport, you just prefer not to do so.

My wife works in Somerville and when she goes back, she's abandoning the train for driving. She's willing to pay for parking and fight 93 South to Assembly.

That's when you quit and they hire a new grad that lives in Allston. Take the bus, Green Line. Not a big deal.

Exactly. I'm already looking at full time remote jobs in the event that they want me in the office more than I want to be.

Well, those people seem to be forgetting that there’s also a possibility of them having to get used to not being their employer’s employees...
