priced well I'd argue on the market 25 days.
I'd argue that little things add up once you go over a million on a house. There's hardly any inventory in that town on the market so a drop in one price has weight to pull down others. Remember there's asking prices and then selling prices.

The game actually happened on March 12th. Sometimes people get a heads up when things reach the news, it was probably on social media beforehand. I didn't cherry pick a few properties. There's hardly that much inventory on the market. Zillow lists just NINE properties. So if it's a few well that's what the market is. Half the market is going down in price. If there were dozens of homes there selling I wouldn't see as much of an issue. We're not talking about some 300K house going down 5K because the paint is chipped. When you see high end homes dropping there
has to more of a reason to do so.
The marshfield home is literally in duxbury. Come on look at the map you are in duxbury when you drive in either direction.
