I don't know what's more enticing -- the pictures or the description. Sitting on that bench by the algae-filled lake is everyone's picture of a happy place.

Winchester is amazing with great schools fantastic community and the value will always be there. It’s truly a high end town and very comparable to Newton in my opinion. Close proximity to the city the commute is very convenient. Coming home to a peaceful quiet home with a suburban feel... doesn’t get much better in my opinion. Winchester is lovely with beautiful trails, lakes, cute downtown and close proximity to Boston. Very clean and well respected town. Don’t get my wrong I’m a Newton girl but if I was choosing from the list you provided that would be pick 1000%.

It’s a very hard town to get into but with that budget you have a great opportunity for the towns your considering.

Best of luck!
