There should be a little section toward the top left where you can change the search by criteria and pick by name or by property address.

Lol. I thought I was creepy for looking up someone's house to see what they paid. This is a whole other level.

I can't imagine putting that little down. When I bought my first place I only put 10% down but every other property since has been at least 20%.

If you're using the registry sites to look up what people paid then you're in the same place where you can easily see the mortgage info too. In fact, it's probably the next row or two down, depending on what search criteria you're using! lol

I would usually know what town someone lived in and would look them up in the town property base. I don't know if I want to start digging this deep haha!

Care to share which banks financed them?

I don't know why anyone would want a mortgage payment that high? But it's telling me that people perhaps just aren't able to save a good chunk for a down payment?

Why are people so curious to know these details about how someone made payment for their house? Does it make you feel better about yourself when someone has put a small percentage down?

Not sure if you’re referring to me, but I’m curious which banks are doing these kinds of loans.
