If you work in Merrimack Nh and want to live in Mass. What town would be good? We live in VA right now but my husband is most likely getting a job in Merrimack Nh. He would like no more than a 20 to 30 min commute. Is that possible? We have 2 kids and would like a nice community with good schools. Any suggestions? Thanks

Andover, MA is a wonderful town with very well regarded schools but you'd probably be looking at a commute around 45 min or so.

What is your price range? Prices vary greatly from town to town so it would help if you could give us an idea of what you can spend so we can narrow it down some.

I don't mind if you piggy back )

Our price range will most likely be 200,000-350,000.

In that price range, you could do fairly well in Groton. Strong school system (check out SchoolDigger.com) and about 30 minutes to Merrimack. It is a rather quaint small town - not far from 495 - not what I'd call quick access to Boston but perhaps thats not an issue for you.
