But fortunately there are various exercises that you can do at home even while working. try some tips and tricks like use stairs instead of elevator; try to junp the stairs this will help to stretch your thigh and hips muscles, take your gossip sessions at walk, keep yourself moving; at home and at office, walk from office to home or atleast walk *half of the way instead of taking taxi,exercises like push ups, lunges, crunches, leg raising are very easy to do at home, do rope skipping it is also a very good exercise.*
