But you still get a good 3-4 hours. And unlike sleeping pills, red wine has health benefits. Just ask the French and Italians.

When I used to get insomnia due to jet lag, a glass of red wine was the only thing that helped me unwind and stop my mind from racing, which in my experience are the chief culprits of a sleepless night.
