Because caucasian people have low birth rates, if you look at a graph from 100, 50, 20, 10, 5 years ago and now you will notice how all the Countries with huge population growth are located specially in Sub.saharian Africa and Sout Asi followed by SOuth-east asia, Arabic nations (the more religious the more growth), and some Latin american nations (the poorer the nation the more growth).
In Europe most eastern euro countries are declining in population (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Estonia, etc), southern european population is steady or slighty declining (case of Italy)... Northern and Western europe show positive figures for the most part due to receive several thousands of people mainly from africa and middle east every year. If you would discount those immigration figures the native population would be also declining... Take in consideration a country like germany received 250k more people than the people who left the country, and still the country experienced a slight decline of population.

If you include the African country of Morocco then, I would estimate Mexicans are at least 25% African.
This is false I've taken a look at many aDNA results of Iberians Portuguese and Spaniards 1%-6% is the range I've seen. Mexicans have less North African since the average Mexican is about 50% European especially around Mexico city, in the north of Mexico the average is 2/3 European and in the south it's 1/3.
