No, it depends on what you the individual considers to be "handsome". When judging a man to be handsome, I look at both the obvious outside physical characteristics (we all do, don't we?), but I also look at the sensitivity and inner beauty which we do not see so easily. Judging by the actions of that creep, I still say that he is "negro" on the inside.
A lot of these fellas are so fine and it doesn't matter if they are Mexican or not. The color of their skin doesn't matter if they are brown "moreno", black, light, "moreno claro" they are so fine. Latino guys are so fine and other races too.
