Well that could not be much more vague. Honestly just go on wikipedia and see.
I am guessing you are talking city proper of Fort Laudedale (FLL) and Miami.
Both cities have a downtown core. Miami's downtown is much much more urban with decent public transportation in its core. Miami is more diverse but FLL is as well. Miami has more area of poverty and high crime, but at the same time has many very nice areas also. Miami is a larger city in population. Miami does not have any Ocean Beaches while I think FLL does. (Miami Beach is a different city proper) Saying that Miami Beach is a 5-10 minute driver from Miami over a few of the bridges so you can get to the famous beaches and nightlife right away. Miami has a better nightlife and Miami is home (going to be shortly for the Marlins) to two of the four major sports teams in Miami. The Miami Heat and soon to be Miami Marlins. Both are close to their major airports. Also both are part of the same metro and only 20 miles apart. So without major traffic the cities can be reached by car in about 25-30mins.

Best explanation. Although FTL has some neighborhoods I wouldn't live in either.

Here's a bigger picture. These are GIRLS. And not just that, they're like under-age girls!

Miami isn't Thailand. They don't have that ladyboy crap down to a science like they do in Thailand.
