Does Opa Locka hold the title or does another have them beat?

The economy hasn't really changed any of that. The good and safe areas are still expensive while the bad and high crime areas are still the lowest. As for Opa Locka it is one of the lowest but I can't say that it is the lowest. Remember that Overtown, Liberty City, and Little Haiti still exist. They are probably all tied for first or second place.

Overtown actually has some new buildings that are not so cheap ....gentrification at its finest. Part of Little Haiti has also been eaten up by the Miami Art district. My family has a house in Wynwood and been offered so much for it just for the Miami Art district expansion. Liberty City still cheap though.

Isn't Florida City considered "ghetto" too? I'm from NW Dade so I don't know too much about SW.

There are bad and so so parts with new construction at a very low price.... The bad parts are bad, but not as bad as Liberty City or Overtown....

Opa Locka, Liberty City and Little hait are not cities. They are neighborhoods. Liberty city and Little Haiti are in the City of Miami while Opa Locka resides in unincorparted Miami Dade County just south of the City of Miami Gardens.

You are wrong, Opa Locka is a city and has been since 1926.

You're right. I keep thinking its another country in the middle east with the city hall and all the street names.

My bad.

Cutler Bay Homestead border is a good place for cheap housing and its east of the turnpike, though insurance will get you
