I need advice!

I'm a 20 year old (female) currently living in brookyn, NY. And will be moving to Miami early next year to attend Miami Dade College. I've been to miami several times so I'm familiar with "some" of the neighborhoods but not to well. I don't know anyone in Miami which makes things a little harder. So can anyone on here give me advice on areas to move to/ advice on MDC if you are or have attended.

Thank you!

There are plenty of apartments near the Kendall Campus. You shouldn't have a problem finding a place to live.

And make sure you pick your own classes. Don't just go by what the advisors tell you because they screw up all the time. It's good to get their opinion, but in the end, verify that what they are telling you is correct.

In-state tuition?
Major?

Some MDC campuses have better facilities for some majors more so than others and out-of-state tuition and books approach 9K a year here.
