Working at Target

what about diversity in terms of ethnicity...like asians for example?

I have two friends who currently work there, and they seem to like it. One is probably very lucky to have such a good job, and the other one came from a much worse corporate culture, so Target is a breeze for him.

That said, I know or work with several people who used to work there, and to a T, not one has anything good to say about the culture. Creepy is a good way to describe it. One woman basically said that it's a culture that encourages backstabbing your co-workers to get ahead, and that if you don't fit the stereotyped appearance, you'll never get anywhere. I've worked in major corporate environments my whole working life, but after hearing that, I decided never to apply at Target.
