I'm curious about the consequences if they get caught. Will the punishment act as a deterrent for others? Or will it demonstrate that the risk of doing something like that isn't that great?

I had a paper route in 7th grade, a part-time job throughout high school, and my parents kept my weekends busy. I didn't have time to act out.

Besides, I had younger brothers who did that ... I could sit back, watch the consequences of their actions, and learn.

one MAIN reason I left the twin cities...not it wasn't for the cold, the people were becoming unruly in all aspects of life. This doesn't surprise.

Just the other day I saw a couple kids throwing sand at each other. Chaos rules the streets and playgrounds of Mpls.

I dunno......in this day & age you gotta take precautions against the bottom feeders of society. In 2011, making something like that so easily accessible to the public is like leaving food on the floor for the rats to get. Shame it has to be that way, but it is what it is.
