Too bad someone didn't teach this punk how to talk with respect to adults and cooperate in situations that come up in a civilized society. The cop made a big mistake but this unruly punk created the entire situation. Makes me sick.

He's not an "unruly punk," he's a violent criminal who assaulted and robbed a woman at gunpoint and jumped his $100,000 bail. Still no excuse for mixing up gun and taser but assuming this was know once they ran his license I can see why the cop was on edge and reacted the way she did when he shoved her aside and dashed into his car.

Well that isn’t entirely true. I know of one and he is a good guy. He said their hands are tied even before the Kim incident but now they have stopped pulling people over.

I was referring to prior to all of this, the city hasn’t supported them, thus many left. I’ll bet everything the council has hated the chief for a long time as that’s what happens when they don’t want police there. I’d say he was forced to leave, maybe given option of quit or be fired.

(1) by the person's culpable negligence whereby the person creates an unreasonable risk, and consciously takes chances of causing death or great bodily harm to another; or...

Obviously Potter is charged with subsection (1) here; the other sections of this stature aren't applicable.

Here the issue is her...oh, never mind, she's toast.

The mob will be outside the courthouse again and there will sure to be some kind of during the trial anarchy going on. Any expert witnesses etc on her behalf will not testify (look what happened at the home of one of Chauvin's expert witnesses).

Is Potter's home still barricaded?
Hehehehe...Cleveland

I’d guess it was cops working a job they were not recognized for. Would you continue working at your workplace if management above you sh*t on you nonstop? I asked family member how their city currently was. They mentioned city council was great even with 3 new members winning seats, new mayor was great too. Work moral is still great in this town of 60k plus, thus staff isn’t exiting left and right and they haven’t had city problems ever in their existence, hmmm I wonder why? Do businesses with sh*tty upper management do well???

Is also agree BC probably had problems on the policing front. It’s a top city the Mpls cops who fled probably went to. This was brought up up me from said person. It’s about as close to Mpls as they can get. Mpls and St Paul cops are there because they like the nonstop action, when they leave for suburbs they don’t last long at all via boredom. They also probably are allowed to get away with more/have more power which is not a good thing and this is coming to forefront now, which is a good thing.
