That is still not how math works. A ratio is a ratio. You cant make something "significant" because you want to use absolute numbers without context.

Yes, I know its all percentages. However, If my assignment was to fix the biggest problem(Drain on resources, medical costs, etc), I probably wouldn't start with Mississippi.

If you want to discuss and ask how bad a place is why would you want to move there? That's what this forum is, snob Yankees asking where the safe place to live down south is... haha, stay up north
