Do you get alot of snow in the winter? Does D.O.T. salt the roads?

What kind of shape are your average cars/trucks in? Are there alot of rust buckets running around?

The climate in Warrensburg is obviously colder than what you are familiar with in NC. Average winter snowfall is around 15-20 inches. The lowest temperature you would expect to see in the winter would be -5F. Last winter that area received 25-30 inches of snow. Salt is typically used on the roads if temperatures are near freezing, but a sand/salt mixture is more common with lower temperatures. I have not seen too many rusty vehicles unless they are very old.

Thanks for the insight

I used to live in Indiana before I moved to NC. I remember in Indiana there seemed to be alot of 10 year old cars that were starting to rust due to the salt that was used on the roads.

Also because I have a classic muscle car I am trying to sell now that's always been a NC car, I know if I took it to Indiana I could make more out of it because it's in good shape for being 36 years old, wasn't sure if the state of MO has to revert south for good classic iron or not. I know in the rust belt such as Indiana people head south for the better, not so badly rotted away cars.
