Rib n Reef might be worth a look but their menu looks really expensive.
In terms of menu, I’d say the Shack du pêcheur in Laprairie would fit the bill.

I've noticed that some chains just don't do well in some places, while they thrive in others. I seem to recall that St. Hubert tried the Ontario market maybe 35 years ago; it lasted longer than many thought it would, but must not have done well, as it left Ontario some years later. I've only seen one Mr. Sub out here in Alberta (there may be a few I don't know about, but in Toronto, there seemed to be one every couple of blocks); and there are very few standalone Harvey's--most Harvey's places seem to be in Home Depot stores.

So perhaps Red Lobster just didn't work in Quebec, for whatever reason, and the Powers-That-Be decided to pull out of the market.
I will be visiting Montreal in less than a month and will check out if Kentucky Fried Chicken is KFC or PFK. I thought that it was KFC, but I could be wrong.

Although to be fair, that looks more like what he have down here called the "Crab Shack." It's worth a try though.
