Hi all....yes its another what bike should I get lol. but coming down to my last months before I sell my cb500x I have came down to 2 bikes!

ninja650 or NC750x automatic which im actually really heading towards.

as my previous post, I am looking for a little more power than the cb500x but dont want a crazy 1000cc power.

reliability definitely since I daily and ABS.

Im realllly digging the automatic on the 750x especially in the rush hour traffic bumper to bumper. ive heard it really helps saftey wise since you do not need to focus on shift as much and can just focus on cars a lot more.

so the questions I have is....

1. how does it do bumper to bumper traffic?
2. how does it shift automatic mode?
3. whats the power compared to a cb500x?
4. reliability?
5. how safe is the braking?
6. hows the shifting when say 6th gear and need to jump all the way to 3rd gear to say just get away from someone or speed up on automatic mode? is it a delayed shift, or definitely down shift quick to get you up to speed?
7. how does the automatic shifting do offroad? (basic flat dirt roads)

I own a Nc700XD.

1. Bumper to bumber traffic very good. top light.
2. It shifts early to save gas, you can run the bike in S1 or S2 if you want more of a normal bike run. Great gas mileage I'm getting mid 60 MPG
3. Not sure how to answer this question. The motor has great torque. It's like a big bike in a small package.
4. Lower RPM very reliable 8000 mile service intervals.
5. Great braking with ABS.
6. A little delayed, but you can manually downshift if you need to. The 750 is higher reving than the 700 and has a broader torque range. The bike learns your riding style.
7. Run it in S1 or S2 you should do well. Bike is not really an off road bike.

thank you!!! ehh the offroading aspect is not a huge concern for me. seen people do basic dirt roads, but I have a DRZ400 thats a light ADV bike for my offroad needs.

yeahh im really starting to dig the automatic feature.
