This article mentions 12 movies that made people feel ill.
Out of that list, I agree with The Exorcist and Cloverfield. Exorcist made me feel queasy watching it as a kid. I had to leave Cloverfield mid way due to the excessive shaky hand cam giving me bad motion sickness (I seriously hate that technique).
What are some movies that made you feel ill, either from the way they filmed it, or the subject material?
The one and only movie that I have ever wanted to desperately walk out on, Bob Guccione's Caligula. The only reason that I didn't walk out was because I didn't want anyone accuse me of having missed that .5 second of potentially credible film making, there was none.

Omg!!! I saw that movie moons ago after a few bowls of weed. Blew my mind to hell.
The debauchery, the hedonism, the subject matter ....I was speechless and not in a good way.
I've never wanted to see that movie ever again. I wonder if I had felt the same without the weed...I never wanted to find out.

I peeked... on utube....there was the scene where caligula peers out from the white moon, and an orgy occurs. I had forgotten about Helen Mirren. Then the memory returned of how filthy I felt watching. Then there is the fisting... I'm sick all over again. No weed involved.
My vote also goes for Caligula. I love Roman history, and was main reason for signing up. Watched about 15 minutes of it and quit.
This guy must have been one of Hitler's genetic codes.
I am a strong stomach whether it is grossing out or motion sickness and what not. However, when I saw the first teaser for The Amazing Spider-Man movie where you had Spidey's POV, I nearly got sick from it. I don't get sick from overuse of Gore, typically because I don't watch those movies.
From the article here, I had forgotten about 2.
Gravity; I had a headache and was sick to my stomach. I went to bed with advil 30 minutes into the rented movie.
Creepshow; grossness amplified. I had dropped acid right before the show. It was a campy gross movie. My illness stemmed from clenching and grinding my jaw ...
Great list of movies in that link.
Never been physically sick, but "The Killing Fields" really left me mentally drained to the point where I have not wanted to watch it again, despite it being a great movie.
