Australia (2008) on Amazon Prime. I didn't realize it was going to have humor! It's wonderful! What a relief.

Gentleman's Agreement - what an incredible movie.

"Schindler's List".

Probably the most disturbing movie I have ever seen. This movie should be required viewing for all kids in school.

Mary Magdalene. This film gives dull a bad name. You've been warned.

Where Hope Grows (2014)

A washed up pro baseball player (turned drunk), forms a relationship with a local Down syndrome man. Initially the baseball player's friends & family are puzzled & resentful of the unlikely friendship.. but the two friends bring out the best in each other. Nice, uplifting story with a couple twists, and Christian redemption theme. It's on Hulu..

"Into the Labyrinth" with Dustin Hoffman. Psychological horror. Totally enjoyed the plot twists.

Godzilla vs Kong. I have a cheap 4K TV, but I noticed the 4K in this movie, which was cool.

Schindler's List and the Pianist are the gold standard for me for this genre. I try to get my kid to watch (especially my 17 year old) since they know next to nothing about the holocaust. The somber look of the films does not interest them.

No Escape (2015) with Owen Wilson, Pierce Brosnon & Lake Bell. Action packed from start to finish.

From IMDB: In their new overseas house, an American family soon finds themselves caught in the middle of a coup, and they frantically look for a safe escape from an environment where foreigners are being immediately executed.
