Looks like Bautista thinks he can be the dumber version of Dwayne Johnson but the jury is still out IMO
Bautista is much better at being an actor than he was a wrestler and it is a shock to me. Dwayne once he got going in 1999/2000, you realized he was too big for the business and he was an amazing wrestler. Granted he wasn't great at anything, he just had the charisma and ring presence to carry it. Bautista was a good brute and never evolved from that and became a second rate Ultimate Warrior, minus the face paint. In the movie world, he has proven he isn't just a brute.
Anywho, I saw Spider-Man: Far From Home again yesterday and it wasn't as slow as I thought from the first viewing and I must say, it was better but still my third favorite Spider-Man film to Spider-Man: Homecoming (the perfect Spider-Man high school film) and Spider-Man 2 (the perfect "adult" Spider-Man film.)
Started it on Monday for Swords & Clubs, watched it through the week after home exhausted from work and wake ups in the morning, and finished it today.
It's delightful little Saturday Matinee get away with lots of toys, carnage, and life with the bottomless magazine!
