Two videos and two of the best songs from Blue Murder's awesome 1989 self-titled debut.
Blue Murder was a REAL "supergroup": drum legend Carmine Appice, fretless bass wiz Tony Franklin, AND former Tygers of Pan Tang and Thin Lizzy lead guitarist John Sykes, who also demonstrates — in the tradition of Sammy Hagar, Rik Emmett and Randy Jackson — he also possesses a stellar singing voice.
Another soundtrack from an 80s movie is the one from Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Sammy's title track is a hot tune. 80s cult classics had good sound tracks, as a general rule. Never could vet into the Waver stuff, lime Flock of Seagulls, but the to k/metal tracks were great.
