Why not the apartments at Market Common?

They are really a nice place to live.

I love the south end and lived in Garden City Beach for 12 years and MI is tons of fun.

I'd drive around and see what is for rent. The good places usually don't advertise in the paper but put a sign in the yard.

The main issue is that they are over $1000 for a one bedroom unfurnished.

No, they aren't that expensive. I have friends in a two bedroom for less than that and friends in one bedrooms for $650. You really need to go in and talk to them. With so many condos sitting empty, it's a renters market.

Called them yesterday and they said there is a long waiting list for one bedrooms and all the two bedrooms were over $1000. If you have contact info for one bedrooms that are available for that price I'll check on it.

Wow! Did not know they had a waiting list.

Did they have any studios? They are quite large.
