We're looking to buy in GGE. Finally there's a builder out there that's not building houses that look like Guatemalan funereal homes..........

Houses are built out of HercuWall which may or may not be any good. There is not much info about it.

Thundarr...I couldn't find much either....my concern would be trying to change something later...like sliders to french doors, move a window, etc...I was surprised to read that the cost is about 1% more than a regular site built CBS/pour, considering it's sold to be a cost saver
