The commute is a rough one for Nashville, but you might be accustomed to that amount of time already? A few very happy homeowners that I helped move into Willoughby Station last year and a few year ago *rave* about it. One of these clients commutes to downtown Nashville everyday but – like you mentioned - doesn’t mind the drive because of all that the community offers compared to the competition that we saw during their search.

One would likely take surface streets to Vandy from both Traceside and Cottonwood. Willoughby Station is by interstate. As the city continues to grow (in all directions), the commute from Willoughby Station will be more clogged by subdivisions built further out I-40. The city is fairly built out between the other 2 locations and Vandy. This is based on long-term speculation of someone who is not a city planner, of course. Good Luck!
