Hi Everyone, moving to Franklin and looking to rent close to the downtown and cool springs areas. I am looking for a single family home with 2 beds that would allow 2 dogs. Having a difficult time finding a site that lists single family homes, not interested in rental communities. Please email me back if you have any suggestions. Thanks so much!

have you tried craigslist? I had a friend find a rental with that exact description near downtown Franklin.

actually i have looked there. they seem to have mostly rental communities that i'm not very fond of.

RealTracs.com has a RENTAL option. There ARE some single family homes, more in Davidson County than Williamson, though. There are a couple of houses at McKay's Mill which is single family homes but they are expensive. Sometimes the name of the Subdivision SOUNDS like an apartment complex and that's hard to know. Probably a lot of single family homes in Spring Hill but that's a drive. Good luck!

The affordable rental market is very strong in Franklin. Last night one choice in the area, that had only been available for three days in the Cool Springs, leased with multiple people still wanting to see it. Be ready to jump at any quality rental property.
