You're taste in Outlaw Country and you dislike Music Row?
Outlaw Country is a marketing term invented on music row, most of those guys are about as Outlaw as Gomer Pile; they spend most of their time drinking all over town and chasing tail. How exactly have you determined you don't like Music Row (assuming you mean the "mainstream" county music business).
I strongly suggest you get a share first, then you could live in a Luxury situation with your own bathroom and share the kitchen. There are also many temp and corporate apts to use for the first months. I wouldn't mouth off about your distain for the towns primary source of income however.
