I am moving from NY to Murfreesboro next month. My kids will be going to Blackman schools. I was wondering if anyone can tell me anything about Blackman, good or bad. I seem to be pretty impressed with what I've found out, but I was just wondering if anyone can tell me any personal experiences they may have had with these schools. Also----does anyone know anything about there Special Ed program? Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to give me.

Wondering why no one replied to this? I, too, would be curious about Blackman schools.
Thanks!

Well, I do not have a child in Blackman since we are not zoned for Blackman, but if we were I would not have any reservations about sending my child there.

The schools are fine. I won't say which one for the sake of anonymity, but I did my student teaching at one of them. It was a decent experience and I wouldn't have reservations about sending my kids there, assuming I had kids.

Now, I wouldn't go believing realtor hype about having to buy in either a Blackman or Siegel school zone.
