Totally agree. Vast swathes of Memphis are nothing but derelict cesspools.

Default anyone have pictures

I posted in the "tennessee pic" thread but its only for pictures. I didn't see any of the parks, or the river at all......!!!

I was wondering if anyone had some pictures of the parks, rivers, greenways/paths in Murfreesboro, and or Nashville they could share with me.

Nashville has some awesome parks, that's for sure.

"Dragon Park" (real name is Fanny Mae Dees Park) adjacent to Vanderbilt

JMT ........you outdid yourself those pics are awesome. Funny when you think of Nashville you think of country music and all its venues, and then there is the real nashville.

The reason I hadn't been is because I had the picture of the above in my head, not thinking of its inner beauty.

I don't know how to thank you enough, and thank you for your time spent doing all that.

WOW.......lol

You can also Google for photos. Just put in something like "Nashville TN images" in the search box.

Nice pics JMT--worth an upgrade to the rep.
I'm old enough to remember when you could drive around Radnor Lake. The area used to be lightly traveled enough late at night I could stop the car in the middle of the road and listen to the frogs for quite awhile before someone else would come along.
(I know, weird. I was a country boy living in the city missing the country...)
