The free staters mean well but it bugs the crap out of me when they refer to NH as "the Shire." No NH native calls it that, so knock it off!

Who is that nutcase that put his sofa in his front yard in Keene.
Got notice after notice from town.
Then got arrested for violating the notices.
Then went to court and told judge that he didn't recognize the courts in New Hampshire.
Then got 30 days for contempt for stating this. Then 60 days for contempt for stating same.

Where is that utube video?

Great. What we really need is more people like that. He got 90 days of free room and board, with the bill going to the taxpayers. Maybe 90 days of hard labor would cure him.

Xenophobia refers to countries not states.

I've been a FSP member for years, bought my first piece of land in NH four years ago to consider full-time relocation in a cabin there if the threshold is triggered (in the meantime, I spend my money in NH regularly, and pay property taxes, so that's at least that). I really like the area so I ended up buying more land a year ago. Love the people, they're very rugged and friendly (I'm in the extreme north of the state; self-employed, so the remoteness isn't a problem). I can't yet vote, but would support libertarians views if I could.

Does... And is of course full of all sorts of statist double-speak.

but even they have not managed to progressive doublespeak their Xeno definition yet
https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/us/xeno-
From Greek xenos ‘stranger, foreigner’, (adjective) ‘strange’.

Regardless, the fact is that you are reacting negatively and from a place of fear to people with different culture or beliefs from your own and then tucking that irrational fear into a different linguistic corner in order to allow you to hide your own prejudice from yourself.
