My boyfriend and I are looking to buy a house. We currently live in Mount Laurel. The prices here are just so high...and sellers aren't all that flexible. I noticed there are some very nice homes in Burlington that are more in our price range. Is it a nice place to live?

Depends if you'll need the schools. If you have children no, if you don't have children, then most parts of the Township are ok.

Hi Jerseygirl1975,
Responding realtors will help you to locate the property that's right for you however, if you need assistance with obtaining a mortgage, I'll be glad to help in any way I can. Rates as of close of business today were 5.5%. I'm availabe every day and pre-approvals are free.

I just posted this in another spot,
I have been a teacher for 22 years.I like the Barnegat schools. Barnegat is located in southern Ocean County. A good place to raise a family. I have lived here for 22 years. Barnegat now has its own HS. We are currently getting another elementary school built. Many other towns in the area have regional schools and multiple HS or even middle schools. We have many elementary schools (2 are new) and 1 middle school. I now a couple of FSBO properties in the area. You can private message me if interested.
Good luck with your search

The town of Burlington? Are you looking at new houses? If so, Richmond has them in Williamstown also, the land they sit on is very nice.

Couldn't pay me to live in Burlington.

What are you looking to spend?

Delran is good.

My buddy is a Riverside cop... that place is nuts.

If you're looking at Delran, Cinnaminson basically the same type of town FWIW
