Hello,

Thanks very much for a very informative forum. I have been living in Cherry Hill for the past two years in a small house - but the owner has a daughter moving into town, so we have to move.

I am a single father of two middle school kids. I am looking for a rental accommodation -- an apartment or a condo could do. But the issue is I have some credit issues, but have been steadily employed as a college teacher, and have paid my rent + utilities on time.

Cherry Hill, particularly the East side where I live now, does not seem to have a lot of apartment complexes, hence I am either left at the mercy of the commercial rental companies, most of which have strict credit guidelines. Is it possible to have private landlords. I have looked around, but all I see are for sale signs.

Given my situation, what options do my children and I have: i don't want to change their schools again.... since we just relocated to CH about three years ago.

Thanks for your assistance and information...

I wish I had an answer for you but just to let you know, I live in Cherry Hill West. We may not be as fancy as East but there are a lot more rentals on this side of town. It's nice here. Good luck!

Shanny

Default Yes, the West

Shanny, thanks for your reply. I was thinking about moving to the West End, but is it possible that my kids could still keep their school, or they both have to move to Carrussi/CHW? I hear now they have a choice. I don't mind the West at all, since it has more choices..

thanks - PS
